Our Story …
Our grandparents raised our mom and her siblings in a rural community in Wisconsin. Keeping the farmhands well fed was our mother’s job. Those baking skills were put to the test after several members of our family were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Many of our family favorite recipes have now been converted to be gluten free. We are “beyond” knowing what grains to use in gluten free baking. Beyond the Grain products unique combination of grains is the key to their yummy taste and texture. With great pleasure, we bring these baked goods to your home.
